Family Night at the Bees Game

Bees Game

So thanks to our friends Natalie and Topher, Chris finally got to go to a Bees game. He has been wanting to go since we were married but somehow it kept getting put off. Of course it came with plenty of excitement. Chris caught a foul ball in the third inning, we had our fill of peanuts, hot dogs, sodas, and other junk; Brandon and Macie were excited to meet Bumble and get their hands signed, and B got a free shirt for being in the kids club. It was really a great summer night out.

Don't mind Aaron's messy do. We were out by the pool and Chris snapped some shots of Aaron and I. Aaron was so happy and I just can't help but smile at his cute little face.

Spider-man

Well here he is, one of Brandon's all time heroes. We went to this kids carnival and Spider-man was there. When B saw him he started screaming, " Spider-man, Spider-man, Spider-man." Of course as soon as Spiderman looked at him he got totally shy and froze up. Spider-man was kind and showed him how to shoot webs! I can only imagine what Brandon must have been thinking.

It's Finally Summer

Hurray! I think summer is finally here to stay. Brandon had fun playing and swimming with his friends Macie and Hazel. He was a bit confused with the whole swimsuit thing. The girls didn't have to wear pants in the pool and he was really concerned about getting his buzz shorts wet. I had to convince him that's what boys do. I guess we need to find some more boy buddies to go swimming with.

Congratulations Emily and Andrew

This is a rare post of me and Chris! We were able to go to a wedding for two of his high school friends. Chris was super excited because this is the first wedding/reception he has gotten to go to. We are always gone for the summer or else they were married before he got home from his mission. It was a beautiful wedding and a great night out for us. I realized when we were driving down the canyon that we really don't go out alone enough. So much of our lives revolve around our kids now (which is great) but it is just so nice to go out together. The boys stayed with their grandmas. Aaron had a rough night but he made it. Thanks Grandmas!

Another Milestone

Check it out. Aaron has hit another milestone- Clapping!!! This is so cute. He was having a good time watching Brandon vacuum his room. Who knew the vacuum could be so entertaining? PS: You may need to turn down the volume. I am kinda loud!
